Basic training

Therefore I am offering one or two-day seminars for travel agents who have none or little expierence in selling to the different types of customers. During the basic seminar the agents are introduced to the cruise world and get a summary of the most important national and international cruise lines, ships and routings. Furthermore they aquire knowledge about selling for the target groups handy tips for customer advice and selling techniques.

Advanced training

The seminar for experienced staff is deepening the knowledge from the basic course and gives an overview on the latest cruise market trends.

Expert training

Tailor-made seminars for cruise experts can be realised focussing on topics like luxury cruises, expeditions, family cruises, world cruises and groups & charter.

River Cruises

The topic river cruises is covered in a separate one-day seminar.

Destination training

Seminars with focus on Southern Africa, Southeast Asia, Caribbean, Hawaii, Oceania, USA/Canada incl. Alaska for agents and as customer evenings for future cruise ship passengers can be conducted aswell on request.

Due to my longterm experience with seminars and roadshows I am able to present facts and knowledge to the audience in an entertaining and long lasting manner with special presentation techniques.
